In the design, the foaming characteristic of juice material is fully considered, and the filling method of material sticking to the bottle wall and flowing can reduce the foam generation.
The connection between filling system and capping system is smooth, and the material in the bottle does not splash. After capping operation, the bottle mouth and the liquid level of the material can still be kept within the above level.
The filling system has automatic temperature control function. Can monitor and display the material temperature in the material bin, with low temperature, high temperature automatic stop, alarm and automatic material backflow functions. High and low alarm temperatures can be set on site according to actual needs.
