Filling machine

Filling machine adopts German technology, under the premise of meeting the hot filling requirements of full filling, greatly reduce the material flow back (flow back can be controlled in the range of 5-10% according to customer demand), so as to ensure the flavor of products to provide hardware guarantee.

Adopts pressure filling mode, the valve has the online backflow structure, the valve mouth is reliable and accurate sealing, will not drip leakage phenomenon. In the design, the foaming characteristic of juice material is fully considered, and the filling method of material sticking to the bottle wall and flowing can reduce the foam generation.

The connection between filling system and capping system is smooth, and the material in the bottle does not splash. After capping operation, the bottle mouth and the liquid level of the material can still be kept within the above level.

The filling system has automatic temperature control function. Can monitor and display the material temperature in the material bin, with low temperature, high temperature automatic stop, alarm and automatic material backflow functions. High and low alarm temperatures can be set on site according to actual needs.

Filling valve through valve lifting mechanism in the CAM action to achieve the lifting and lowering, filling valve contact bottle mouth open to complete the filling process.

All the rotating disks are made of stainless steel AISI304. The power of the filling machine is transferred by the transmission system in the frame through the gear. The supporting bearing is a large flat ball bearing with teeth, running smoothly and reliably. The bearing part is equipped with sealing ring, waterproof ring and other reliable waterproof structure, which can effectively prevent water leakage on the table into the bearing interior.

Screw cap machine

When there is no cover on the guide rail, the machine will stop running automatically, which can effectively avoid the appearance of the bottle without a lid.

Equipped with capping machine into the bottle detection switch, and the lid locking cylinder at the connection between the guide rail and the lid plate control the discharge of the cap, to ensure that no bottle stop feeding cap, reduce the loss of the user's cap.

Bottle delivery chain

The drive motor adopts frequency conversion to speed control, keeping synchronous with the triplet bottle machine, which can effectively prevent the bottle from tipping over.

A photoelectric switch is installed on the bottle delivery chain, which can control the three-in-one filling machine to slow down and stop when the bottle is blocked.

Electric control system

PLC of electric control cabinet automatically completes the whole process control from bottle entering to bottle out.

Touch screen operation, production speed, shift output count, fault type, fault occurrence point and so on are displayed on the screen. In addition, the system automatically collects statistics on fault occurrence time and fault type.
