Working principle: the equipment through the relative rotation of the tooth roller and rubber roller to remove the peach, apricot fruit in the core, get the lump pulp, the spacing between the two rollers according to different fruit, can be adjusted in the appropriate range. The fruit is fed into the hopper by the front equipment, and the fruit pressing plate is driven by the crank connecting rod mechanism to press the fruit into the gap between the two rollers. The two rollers rotate relative to each other, pressing most of the fruit pulp into the gap of the tooth roller, and the fruit core is squeezed in the elastic rubber roller. The comb plate installed at the bottom of the tooth roller will dig out the fruit pulp from the gap of the tooth roller. The kernel with a small portion of pulp enters the washing part to complete the process of meat kernel separation.
